  • Customer Service Agent, Napa

    California
    The Customer Service Agent is responsible for all communication with the La Tavola customers regarding upcoming, past and perspective orders, and takes ownership of solving customer issues.  This includes email support, phone support and in-person consultations at our flagship showroom in Napa. The agent is responsible for regular back and forth communication with customers as well as troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues regarding orders, and therefore works closely with the Fulfillment and Dispatch departments. This role also provides support to our remote showroom staff including the Sales team.

  • Showroom Consultant & Swatch Fulfillment, Napa

    The Showroom Consultant is responsible for the appearance and day-to-day operations of the La Tavola showroom. This includes routine office duties as well as the presentation of our product on display tables and linen racks. The Consultant is the primary contact for walk-in customers as well as incoming phone calls and acts as daily back-up for the Receptionist, covering lunches and breaks. This role also has ownership over the Swatch Room and Design Room and works closely with the Marketing team on projects.

The primary day-to-day duties are focused on supporting the Sales Executive and their assigned sales territory. As a Sales Coordinator, you will place and update all territory orders, consult showroom appointments, manage will call pickups and drop offs, communicate any needs or issues to the customer service team. Activities that support the Sales Executive in this territory will include weekly order confirmation reports, lead generation, territory research and other sales-focused tasks that will ensure growth in the San Francisco area.
