  • Sales Coordinator, Los Gatos

    Sales Coordinator is an entry-level position at La Tavola. Our Sales Coordinators are exposed to all facets of the business, with the intention of finding a career path at La Tavola. The primary day-to-day duties are focused on supporting the Sales Executive and their assigned sales territory. As a Los Gatos Sales Coordinator will place and update all territory orders, consult showroom appointments, manage will call pickups and drop offs, communicate any needs or issues to Napa Headquarters. Activities that support the Sales Executive in this territory will include weekly order confirmation reports, lead generation, territory research and other sales-focused tasks that will ensure growth in the South Bay, San Jose and Santa Clara areas. The Sales Coordinator role in Los Gatos will also be remotely supporting the Customer Service Team out of our Napa Headquarters 50% of the time dependent on volume. Through use of our ticketing platform, the Sales Coordinator will fulfill remote order placement for other California or National accounts. The Sales Rep acts as a true business partner to our existing customers. This position spends about two days in the office per week, closing sales and checking on existing orders and accounts, as well as building a list of leads to pursue. The remainder of the week is spent turning leads into accounts, attending networking and industry events, and calling on existing customers. This position works closely with the Showroom Consultant to ensure accounts are taken care of and orders are being processed accurately.
