Receptionist/Office Assistant, Napa

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team at our Headquarters in Napa. This role will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, emails and various administrative tasks.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience as Receptionist or Customer Service in a high call volume office
  • Must have a passion for excellent customer service
  • Grace, poise, and confidence while working in a creative, client-facing environment
  • Self-initiative and drive
  • Time-management skills--must be able to prioritize tasks and deal with multiple things at once
  • Special projects as needed, including research, system maintenance or other in-house projects
  • Must be team-minded and committed to building a friendly, respectful work environment
  • Company calendar management

Skills, Knowledge, Experience:

  • Fluent in English - proficiency in Spanish is a plus
